Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Depends on the store you’re purchasing from, although shipping can typically take around 10 to 15 days
Q: Can I return a watch if I’m not satisfied?
A: There is a criteria that must be fulfilled for it to be returned and refunded. Since we only sell original watches, you must contact us within 3 days of you receiving it, you must also send a video or some sort of evidence if you see there is a fault with the timepiece.
Q: Do your watches come with a warranty?
A: Yes, our watches typically come with a dial and mechanism warranty.
Q: Do you ship outside of Pakistan or only Pakistan Inclusive?
A: Currently, TheWatchChronicle only ships within Pakistan, we hope to be able to go international in the following years.
